All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

All content on AIWaifuHub, including but not limited to images, videos, text, and graphics, is the property of AIWaifuHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any content
  • Use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account access

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All visual content on AIWaifuHub is generated using artificial intelligence technology. The characters, individuals, and scenarios depicted are entirely fictional and do not represent real people. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and unintentional.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
